How do I get started?
Start by filling out our intake form. Once submitted, you’ll receive a link to book a discovery call where we’ll discuss your needs and the best package for you.
Are your services virtual or in-person?
Most services are offered virtually, but in-person support is available for local clients, especially for executive support or VIP concierge services (travel fees apply).
Do you offer one-time services or long-term support?
Both! You can book one-time project packages or opt for ongoing monthly retainers for continued support.
Can I customize a package or request individual services?
Absolutely. We offer custom and à la carte services tailored to your unique needs. Just ask!
Do you charge late fees?
Yes. Invoices are due upon receipt. After a 5-business-day grace period, a 10% late fee (or a flat fee based on your package) will apply.

What if I need extra hours outside my package?
No problem! Additional hours are billed separately based on your package type (starting at $75/hr).
What tools do you use to manage projects or tasks?
We’re fluent in Asana, Trello, ClickUp, Monday.com, Canva, Adobe Suite, and more. We’ll work in whichever system fits you best.
